My style varies depending on the choice of medium, mood, and moment in time. I discover ideas by contemplating on past or current experiences in my life. The intention of my work proposes its own personal opinion. The concept assigned to my work holds a personal relationship to my life and allows the public eye to resonate with his or her own opinion about my work in relation to his or her own life. A lot of my research involves other artists and their works as well as thoughts from my own peers. Other interests such as nature, philosophy, and music also contribute to the driving force behind my artistic inspiration. But the greatest resources I own come from my own mind, body and soul. I find that the material seems to always be new, as those aspects of me seem to continuously develop and grow as I continue to practice art. I am constantly examining and re-examining the artist I am, the approach I take, and the style I develop throughout the course of my artwork. Art is a unique expression in which gains value by its own creator. To create an artistic expression, my work consists of using various strokes, media, colors, forms, application and composition. I may consider a subject matter before approaching my piece, but an “intuitive-approach” is the method I personally like to use to begin and execute the body of my work. Being an artist means utilizing one’s tools to its full advantage in order to convey any infinite possibilities of ideas. My overall love for art originates from the ability to be expressive, entertaining, and free. It is the ticket to my imaginary world that I can get lost in. Yet at the same time, I can beckon others to come join me. Will you join me?
